1. STAY HOME & COMPLY WITH YOUR NATIONAL GUIDELINES.
Home is our own home, we keep the social “physical” distance.
We do not visit relatives, friends etc and we by keeping healthy we help ourselves , our loved ones, our country and the world to get over the pandemic.
We protect the vulnerable by keeping physical distance from them.
We substitute the physical distance with emotional and spiritual contact.
We support and reassure everyone in our environment via telephone, social media, etc..

2. WASH YOYR HANDS OFTEN AND AVOID TOUCHING YOUR FACE, NOSE AND MOUTH.
Coronavirus is very sensitive to soap, so let’s go ahead and eliminate it.
Also we keep all surfaces, clothes, various objects eg mobile phones, watches, etc and our homes clean and disinfected.

3. DRINK PLENTY OF FLUIDS
This refers to mainly water but also tea, fresh juices, soups from fresh vegetables etc
but please NO Alcohol.

4. WATCH YOUR NUTRITION & DIET
Healthy shopping and healthy cooking could be a great way to keep us creative and occupied. We take advantage of the spare time to educate ourselves through books, internet etc and consult a nutritionist if need be.
The lock-down is a great opportunity for a kick start to healthy nutrition and diet! This shall help our immune system fight off the virus, keep our mind & spirit healthy and carry on the benefits for the rest of our lives.

5. EXERCISE
This is a unique opportunity to start a daily programme of exercise (around 30 min daily every day).
Brisk walking, running, cycling , stretching, yoga etc shall help our mind and body manage this challenging situation. And will make us feel great too !

6. BOOST YOUR HEALTH AND IMMUNE SYSTEM
Depending on our individual circumstances we may benefit from daily Vitamin intake , either through healthy nutrition as described above or with the aid of Vitamin supplements.
We may wish to boost our immune system with daily Vit D, Vit C, Vit B complex, Selenium, Vit E and Zinc intake (individual needs and dosages may vary). Regarding fertility you may wish to consider Folic Acid (suitable for all women wishing to conceive).

7. KEEP SCREEN EXPOSURE TO A MINIMUM
We try to decrease the time we spend watching television and/or surfing the internet and social Media. We eliminate screen exposure especially in the morning and within 1-2 hours before retiring to bed at night.
Avoiding screens shall assist you to improve your hormonal balance and avoid unnecessary stress. There is no substitute for a good book , a novel, history or travel reading or even taking up a new skill .

8. START A NEW PROJECT
New ideas and new tasks in life can make us happy; maybe a small garden, an online language course ( Greek sounds fun to learn ! …) and many more.
There are some interesting options ranging from cooking lessons, to travel portals, yoga courses, book reading, music and many more.
It is entirely up to us to make the downtime a positive and creative experience and promote our physical psychological, mental and spiritual health by using our natural forces.

9. KEEP IN TOUCH WITH YOUR MEDICAL TEAM
